Up for a mini challenge or two, maybe three or more!!!
These challenges are mini challenges and will run from May 13th - May 20th....how many of them will you do........................
You can post your results in this thread if you would like -
8 mini challenges done any way you would like to do them
1) Take some time to journal - either online or off line its up to you
2) Include one non meat meal this week
3) Make a new recipe
4) Pamper yourself with some "only you" time - what will u do?
5) Take a walk
6) Write down your goals for the rest of May and share them on spark or with a friend, post them at home where you can see them every day to keep you on track
7) Read a book or e-book, or e-pub
8) Read one spark article this week
