NFL PLAY-OFF CHALLENGE!

The Challenge is to have at least ten times more cardio minutes than total points scored in the NFL Playoffs.

For example, If the total of number of points scored in all playoff games is 500, we must all do a combined 5,000 cardio minutes between now and the Superbowl!

Here’s the catch: Since we do not know the scores of future games, we need to do as much cardio before the Superbowl as possible.

1. We will track cardio workouts during the NFL playoffs. This challenge will go until The Superbowl on February 3, 2008.

2. Using your SPARKPEOPLE cardiovascular minutes, enter your daily totals, then add it to the team total.

TOTAL NFL PLAYOFF POINTS SCORED (WILD CARD ROUND) : 170

PATRIOTS SPARKTEAM GOAL: 1700

My Cardio Minutes = 60

Team Total = 60
