Made it to the first floor today!!!!!!!! So excited~~~ just need to go down to the lobby and check out of this hotel! Going to try my best to get down those last set of stairs by the middle of next week. (Fingers crossed.) ^_^

Becky, I know what you mean. I had a really tough day today and although I did well w/ my eating during the day and walked for 50 minutes throughout the day...I came home and binged on pretzels! This is something I still struggle with. ~sigh~ But, to look on the brighter side, you and I probably don't do things like this nearly as often as we used to, right?

Even if you don't lose any more weight by Friday, you've done a great job and should be very proud! emoticon

I'm having trouble now, everything was going great and now it just stopped.... UGH!!!!
When it stops I get discouraged and I want to eat. I had a little bit of a binge today at lunch but I think I'm back on track and I"m planning on a walk with the dogs and sometime on my gazelle when I get home to make up for it.

I had an event this Friday that I had really hoped to be down to 175 LOL that wasn't very realistic but a girl can dream right. As it turns out if I don't lose anymore weight before Friday which I hoping I can I will only be down 4.10.

you have been working really hard, stick to your routine, but give yourself a time to relax in the day. take a bath, do some yoga, write a blog, soak your feet, or just lay down for a minute. whatever helps you relax.
