I'm starting here on the ninth floor. The scale tells me I'm not here anymore, but it's not official until my weigh in day since it could just be water weight. I'm still in that "excited to get started" phase. I want to keep a serious level of motivation and being accountable should help.

Just arrived here on Saturday and it has taken me awhile. But I do not plan to stick around for long. This week I plan on: 1. Burning 2,000 calories 2. Staying within calorie range via well balanced meals 3. Getting 8 hours of sleep

I was out of town in 190ville for awhile but I am back and here on the 9th floor. Lovely view but I am ready to head down and down and down. Missed two days of tracking but I am back on track (hahaha) today. My weigh in days are Monday. Have a great week!
I LOVE this idea! ok, so I weighed in at 189.75 Friday. I weigh again on Mon. and I'm on my way to the kitchen for a rasberry chocolate chip ice cream sandwich. I haven't eaten much today (4 oz chicken, salad, subway cold cut combo 12 in) probably 8 glasses of water, I didn't count so can't be sure.
