I, too, find that when I am not eating well and not getting the exercise I need, then I let other things go. I start watching too much television, eating off schedule; my sleep schedule changes; my old aches and pains start coming back; AND my propensity for making excuses takes over!!! I really need to get back on track and stay there through the summer. There is absolutely no reason to be taking this long to lose the last 15 or so pounds! I must do it!
