Here's a challenge! I think we've all tried it before, but sometimes good idea's don't stick.
HERE IS A CHALLENGE!
Add more fruits and vegetables to your diet.
I am going to change my evening meal to be vegetable based. Just going to take the time to taste the natural flavors. If you really feel like you need to add a condiment or spice of some sort,,just use it sparingly. If I remember correctly, they have something called 'serving size'. ha ha
I was one of those people that knew, 'serving size' didn't apply to me. The draw back to ignoring the serving size was the fact it increased my jeans and shirt size. Putting on that dress is nothing but a memory.
