Its when you cycle your calories - I eat at 1200 (low end of range) on rest day then alternate 1300 and 1500 (high end) on the other days BUT also exercise more on the higher end days too. Its really helping me to do this. There is a team and if you go to my spark page you will see it there, its very informative!

My goal was to reach my first goal (goals have actually changed a bit since my last post) of 210. Well, As of last week I have actually reached 205, so five pounds more than I intended to reach, and it's not even the end of the month yet. Wonder how much more I can lose in the remaining time left in September?

The Calorie Cycling is really working for me and hopefully will lose 1 more lb by the end of the month. It really makes sense and I was kind of skeptical but it really got me through my plateau, plus I can eat more now too!

Allright, thanks for the reinforcement gals. Now that I'm off vacation mode, I'm getting back into my routine so I hope that will help.

And, I suppose that even staying stable at a "new" weight is good, healthy progress...compared to my former, steady uphill creep!

I think it is right, I am learning to live with it, the scale moved 0.2 today and honestly even that makes it worth while!!

Seems like I've read, & heard, that the less you have to lose, the slower, & harder, it is. So I think you're right Destinye. Just keep on, keeping on--both you & Naturegirl. You'll both reach your goals before you know it!

I think the weight loss slows down the closer your get to you goal, or at least thats the case for me. The scale finally moved today though down to 157.9 hope it is not up tomorrow!

My weight has barely budged in the last month. So, my goal for this month is to renew my sparking efforts, and get myself down to 145. That should be doable.

My goal for September is to be in the 280s. Preferably 285 since that is my next short term goal.
It does seem to slow down after awhile but we just have to keep trying and it will catch up with us.
