According to information on Dr. Oz..a study was done that reported the #1 exercise people did..and it was walking. Its free and easy.
I walked today..I have trouble with my joints, over weight, and sedentary life style ..I have been using my recumbent bike and still do..but knew I needed to add walking into the mix..As the old saying goes.."You loose it if you don't use it"! Last week I started..the first day was walking at the school track for 1/4 of a mile. and that wasn't easy ..!! Today I walked 3/4 of a mile at the same track. Pretty impressive for me. It took me 50 min. to accomplish that 3/4 of a mile..but its better than the week before and now I feel I can do this. The Lord made our bodies wonderfully and marvelously. So try the simple solution..WALKING.
