I have done a 7-day detox diet and will now enjoy a detox bath. It has been a spa night for my baby girl and I. We began with the lemon and olive oil pedicure and this will conclude our treatments on a rainy night in FL. m3

Detoxification Bath
Mix ¼ cup of baking soda and ¼ cup of Epsom Salt (or Sea Salt) and add to a very warm water bath while it is filling. Soak for 20 - 30 minutes. Within a few minutes the water will turn murky and "dirty". The darkness of the water is due to heavy metals and toxins coming out through the skin. After the soak, scrub the skin gently using a natural fiber and pure Castile Soap. Shower to rinse well and follow with a brisk towel rub. You will feel like a new person, guaranteed. Do this once a week during detox and once a month for maintenance.
