We need a new challenge to get this team moving again!!
Every day I am going to post a technique or exercise.
The goal for the challenge is this.
The day it is posted you have to do 100! of that exercise or technique. You can break it up into as many set as you need to but they have to be completed
by the end of the day, and if you do them in your normal martial arts class they do NOT count. This is extra practice!
Remember it's not to do them as fast as you can there is no time limit and it's not a race, this is "perfect practice" take your time and make corrections to your technique.
