I haven't weighed in recently but I have been walking approximately 2 miles a day this whole week. On the really cold days (Fri. and Sat), I only made @ 2/3 mile b/c my little boy was too cols (but not too cold to play in the frozen ditches.

I'll try to weigh in on Sunday!

I got my water in today but not any exercise. I think I have the flu (regular) or something like it... I've been achy and cold all day. I've taken a multivitamin, vitamin c, silver shield, and tylenol as well as drank a good bit of water. Hopefully, I'll feel well enough to exercise tomorrow.

Current "beginning" weight is 152.8

I walked over my time today... I went shopping(that's 2 times for the wk of Dec 13-19,,, my wks begin on Sundays.

I also got in my water.

We can do it!

This week, we will have 2 challenges:

-dring 24oz of water each day (we will increase this amount later but it's important to start somewhere)
-walk 15 minutes 3 times a week (we will inrease this amount of time as we contine).

As of Nov. 22, I weighed 151.8. I will weigh myself on Sunday mornings. This Sunday's weigh-in will be my starting weight. I will also try to record my measurements.

I'm starting another challenge. We have 20 weeks to lose 20 pounds... that's 1 pound a week. Hopefully, with each others assistance and support, we will be successful!
