great that you reached your goal for 2000 minutes this month!!!
my suggestion would be to hold off on the jogging until you see your dr as you may be causing further damage to the knees needlessly etc.........all the best of outcomes when you see your dr this week.........keep us posted......
wishing you and yours all the blessings for 2013!!!
blessings and hugs............lita

FATHIMAHAMED........so sorry to hear your pain is bothersome.......have you seen your dr about the knee pain???? .this needs to be assessed as to the cause of your knee pain????
exercise may cause further damage!!! if not i would suggest you do so before you start any exercise program......
until you see your dr the pool would be a great place to start as there is no pressure on the knees in the deep part of the pool........any exercise must be started slowly and build on it as your body and knees can handle
it has taken me several years to get to the level of exercise i do.........and of late i have had to cut back.....we are here for you offering our help and support......
remember we all do what we can according to our own ability some days it works out great while others we need to cut back due to knee issues we cannot control.........keep us posted.......
wishing you and yours all the blessings of Christmas.......
blessings and hugs.............lita

Don't overdo or your knee(s) will make you pay dearly. If there is anyway you can join a Y and work out in water that is the best thing you could do for yourself and your knees.
