I challenged myself to do 2klms on the treadmill and now I have done it I will challenge myself to do 3 klms .
I stopped for 3months but I am back and I am challenging myself to go to the gym at least 3 or4 days a week
I am going to start my workout on Sat
I am challenging myself to exercise every day!

SP just added a new part to the Quick Track feature. Now you can add one custom goal to track (in addition to food, water and exercise).
I set mine to read "Starting Over mini-challenge" at 4x / week, so right on my start page, now there's a little box I can check on the days I've done the MC. One more way to hold myself accountable!
