I just saw a "cute" motivational idea from a friend- I think I may give it a whirl especially when I don't have "time" for the gym or feeling overwhelmed by committing to a full workout session. She wrote about 20-25 different exercises on a bunch of tongue depressors (slip of paper-what have you) examples-[30 toe touches],[25 crunches] [20 mountain climbers] etc...(you get the picture)... She placed them in a cup and when she has just an extra minute or two, pulls one out- does the exercise and puts it in a "done" cup. Once they're all completed- she starts the "game" all over again.
