What: Biceps and Triceps, squats, and core
How: 3 days a week, do Biceps and Tricepts on day 1, squats on day 2 and core exercises on day 3. Repeat for the remaining 4 weeks of February.
The challenge: Most of us already do some form of exercises so the challenge will be to POST them here on this thread.
