TA-DA?! Today I went 20" on the treadmill and about 15 min dumbbell exercises (fr Spark).

I just saw a "cute" motivational idea from a friend- I think I may give it a whirl especially when I don't have "time" for the gym or feeling overwhelmed by committing to a full workout session.
She wrote about 20-25 different exercises on a bunch of tongue depressors (slip of paper-what have you) examples-[30 toe touches],[25 crunches] [20 mountain climbers] etc...(you get the picture)... She placed them in a cup and when she has just an extra minute or two, pulls one out- does the exercise and puts it in a "done" cup. Once they're all completed- she starts the "game" all over again.

Past challenges have been about moving, (walking, etc) so this month we are going to switch it up just a bit.

Category: Strength Training exercises

What: Biceps and Triceps, squats, and core

How: 3 days a week, do Biceps and Tricepts on day 1, squats on day 2 and core exercises on day 3. Repeat for the remaining 4 weeks of February.

The challenge: Most of us already do some form of exercises so the challenge will be to POST them here on this thread.

Each week, come here and let the rest of us celebrate you achievements with you.

C'mon everybody. Lets build some muscle.....
