okie dokie none today blood sugar dropped out and the hand remains broken
however i did 120 minutes of meditation yoga in two i hour parts
the lady mary

TODAY IS LIFE THIS IS NOT A DRESS REHEARSAL

there is no cause when there is no effect km

i can do that, but not on a tuesday
for that is my day of thrust in the opposite direction -
off the starboard bow
over the hurdles,
and down the shute.

That is the whole point, Mary. You are already doing the exercises, so just post what you have been doing and earn a goodie for doing so.....

I have posted a February challenge on strength training exercises. I hope to see you there....

it's hard for me to do challenges as i have been maintaining for four years now lol and it has taken no effort at all to do so and i stll do the exercises and still measure and weigh and log the food and drink the water and maintain a less than 6 a1c but you know if you learn the stuff it is so easy to not return to the past

I like challenges...but I keep forgetting to post onto them and without anyone else posting I don't get an email reminding me to do so..I am sooooo bad..

i am further challenging myself to hiddle first lol i used to do that with all 13 teams i was on but it became more important to write the notes..at one tme several different posse riders would give us the notes from the huddle and we would posse out and go there and drop in and ppost and give goodies..some of that still goes on with the posse but that summer was one outstanding one for sure really memorable

I am combining the December huddles with the January ones..... As the last day of the month is on Thursday, I will be doing the results on Monday or Tuesday and give out the goodies on Tuesday or Wednesday.

I have noticed that you are huddling. Thanks so much for your participation.

P.S. Any other challenges you would like to see?

Last fall I posted a challenge (walk it off for Christmas), and several people did say they would do it, but not one person posted any results. Did anyone do that challenge?

Do you even want challenges? And if you do want to see challenges, what kind of challenges would you like to see? Walking, times, strength training, eating, whatever ---- I really would like to hear for you.
