I haven't posted on a message board in a very long time. But I have a lot of teams that I am active on, and always read posts. That works best for me...
But it *did* take me a little while to find teams that I really liked and where I felt at "home".

I rarely post on the message boards. I'm pretty much involved with my teams. Some more then others. I love reading my team members blogs and commenting on them.
The biggest room in the world is the room for improvement.
Are you addicted to spark points? Do you rush off the the general chat room and click Y or N or emoticon as requested to accomplish your 5 posts in 60 seconds?
Seriously now, do you ever read other people's posts? Do you encourage them? Are you interacting at all in those rooms? I mean, isn't that the point???
Maybe you do, and maybe posting in the general discussion is helpful for you on your journey. I do not criticize if its working for you. I just know that I misuse it. If you are like me, then consider this challenge. I challenge you for every time you post on a message board in the month of June, you do so on a spark team page. Not necessarily this page, because I am sure that you have other teams that you are involved with. But on any team page.
Think about it...
