Thanksgiving is almost here then comes Christmas and New Years. Lots of yummy food will be served during these holidays and instead of losing weight, for those of us that are trying to lose weight, we will be gaining weight if we are not careful. So I am issuing this challenge to help all of us keep heading towards our goals. Week 1 1. Try to add an extra 10 minute work out to your workouts 2 or 3 times this week. It can be a 10 minute walk or 10 minutes of dancing around the house or use the Sparkpeople 10 minute work out videos. 2. Write down 3 reasons that are important to you as to why you don't want to gain any weight next week and post them in places like your fridge, your bathroom mirror, your cloths closet.... places where you can see them several times a day. 3.
