I like what everyone had to say last week. Now this week is going to be a bit harder, at least it is for me and there are 2 parts to this week.
emoticon List 3 to 5 things other people like about you. emoticon
1. That I am friendly.
2. I am easy to get along with.
3. I stand up for the underdogs.

1. Every day at least 1 time a day take a few minutes to think on strategies you can use to Smash Your Monsters.
2. Every morning as you get ready for your day take a minute to look at yourself in the mirror and say aloud the things you like about yourself and the things others like about you.

Remember you are an Awesome and Amazing person!!!!! There is no one else in the world like you and you can do whatever you set your mind to do!!!!!!

Just can't live that negative way....make way for a positive day!

Everyone did great last week with listing ways to Smash Your Monsters!!!!! This week we are going to work on another way to Smash Your Monsters!!!!! emoticon List 3 to 5 things you like about yourself. emoticon
Try to list things you like about yourself physically and other ways.

Things I Like About Me.
1. I like the way my body is starting to tone up from my workouts & weight loss.
2. I like my smile & the way I can make other people smile.
3. I like that I am starting to be able to see the positive in almost any situation.
4. I like that I am finding ways to deal better with my emotional eating.

Just can't live that negative way....make way for a positive day!

Make a list of 3 to 5 things you can do to fight your Monsters!!!!

1. Stay in my calorie range every day!
2. Work out 6 to 7 days a week!
3. Finish my New Me Statement & photo book!

This challenge is to smash your monsters that are keeping your from reaching your goals.
Some tools you can use to smash your monsters are your Nutrition Tracker to stay in your calorie range & your Fitness Tracker, use both daily if you can. Another great tool you can use is going to the Healthy Lifestyle tab and clicking on it, there you will find a gold mine full of information to help you on your quest to a New and Healthier You.
Whether you need to lose weight, maintain your weight, gain weight or deal with other issues you can use these tools to help you smash your monsters.
This Challenge will run to October the 31st.
