ooh I like the look of tis challenge...I've started doing two set of crunches at the end of my workouts just before stretching. But I have to do them with the ball because it hurts my lower back to do them on the floor. Doing them on the ball is good for balance though they're a bit easier than doing them on the floor so I try to do a few extra to make up for it.
Today I did 60 crunches and 10 push ups (girly, knees on the floor push-ups though!)
You don't drown by falling in the water...you drown by staying there.
