Checking in here for the first time in March. Nothing like waiting until the last minute, hey?

My new goal for April will be SP's Rise and Shine Challenge--to get in exercise and a good breakfast first thing. I am not a morning person. This should be interesting! Take care, all! emoticon

Today is much better. Low stress and 45 min of Wii Zumba. I feel so much better.

Great thank you!

This has been a stressful week for me. We are working on taxes. My husband spent 6 months as an independent contractor in Afghanistan last year. So it isn't just a straight forward return. It is crazy. My stress is high and my energy is low. I'm discouraged that I haven't had time for a good work out. But hopefully it will be done tonight and I'll hit the gym tomorrow.

So things have been a little busy and I haven't posted here like I would like. mary I hope you soon have some answers.

I'm getting better about tracking food which I think will make a difference. I'm trying to exercise at least 5 time a week. Still trying to beat the soda habit.

I wrote a blog about it. It is kinda of frustrating/ depressing to think about it. Hubby needs to commit to things so I can go back.

Sorry I missed yesterday. This week has been kinda hap-hazard shall we day. I'm doing a 1 week trial of gluten free and I"m about to quite (it's day 4) i"m not seeing or feeling a difference. I know not all people have a problem with gluten but I thought I would give it a try.

Mary, is there any new news on things?

It seems like everyone must be busy this month. Hope everyone is well.

I'm home! Did you miss me? My hubby did. So did the kids. Now I have to make a follow up appt that will last 3 days. I thought by coming home hubby would talk about when I could make the pot, but I guess he doesn't want to yet.

Diet, um... I was on the road so it was bad Mon night until I got home after dinner last night. But tonight I am going to make something yummy for dinner

I got stuck at 164 for months last spring/summer and then started regaining. I'm working to get those 15 lbs back off now since none of my new spring/summer clothes I bought last year will fit until I do. I, too, am counting on spring and summer to get my butt out of the chair and get more active. LOL With, fibro, winter is so hard; I can't get outside in the cold or damp to workout or even have fun sledding or my muscles bind up painfully.

soooo looking forward to hiking, walking, gardening!!

I haven't moved from 207-215 since Thanksgiving. I am really reall
really challenged in my motivation. I got new clothes and my body wants to be content. My body is screaming against my heart. My heart wants a size 10, not 20. I cannot wait for spring to get motivated with the warmth, extra day light, and the newly downloaded praise and worship on my mp3 player. Here's to spring ahead! ;)

i'm here. My scale is back to 206 :-/ Thirs i got a message saying Lee's aunt and uncle would be in town today and tomorrow. Friday Lee told me he would be working through the weekend because the database he needs to access for work is going down this week for maintenance. My foster dogs are gone. Next week after I return lee has an old friend coming to town after I return from my medical appt. looks like fun all around... Now to not stress eat and to better eat in all aspects...
