Hi Jesusgirl! Watching the sweets is definitely a challenge for me. My biggest challenge for the month is to get back into the habit of doing my workouts regularly.

We have a thread for a November challenge. It's just titled "November!". Would you like to join us there? It's always wonderful to see a new face. You can set your own goal for the month and check in as often (or as little) as you'd like. Hope to see you over there :-)
