Yesterday I did 100 booty kicks, 100 squats, 100 calf raises, 100 lunges, 100 step-ups (in groups of 25 each) and then walked for an hour with my daughter and grandbabies.

I did a lot of lifting yesterday and got in some great walks! I also worked out on a new home gym system we bought and – wow – that’s about as physical as this body can handle! I think it’s a “man” thing – too many weights for me! So, I stuck with my stationary bike, the Trim Rider exerciser, yoga, basic floor exercises and more “me” sort of exercises.

I got my noon hour walk in, did the stationary bike, some yoga, basic floor exercises and definitely the breathing and muscle relaxation exercises!

And, love those early am hours! They really are so refreshing and gives you the energy for the day!!!

I was doing that a year and half ago and thats where I want to go back... I started a little at a time and added a block more and 2 two blocks and then I was walking the neighborhood and people stopping me in the stores you the lady that walks early in the morning arnt you ... yes thats me.. I was out of the house at 6am

It depends on fast we walk and "talk" --- but, remember, I put on around 20 miles a day on my pedometer, so I think I could do it, Dee, and love it!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday I got in my miles on the stationary bike and got in some good walks. I did my strength exercises, a little yoga, pilates, stretching and basic floor exercises.

Super thanks, Lena (LILBIRD)! I just stay active or busy on the Teams here while pedaling that bike -- and it helps relieve alot of the stress and it's MY time!!

And, DEE, we gotta go shopping once! I love it!!!

But, yesterday I pedaled away on my stationary bike as it was rainy outside and it put a super huge hamper on walking at the Relay for Life walk that I so wanted to go to. But it’s on this am too --- so I may get my laps in if my hubby will go!

I also took advantage when I could and in between the rain drops to talk the dogs for a few quick walks and did my strength and usual routine of basics.

Yesterday I got in my early am exercises in and then jumped on my stationary bike and put on my daily posts on the TeamsI lead – and it wasn’t long – it was time to go to work. But, I got in my noon walk and in the evening, I enjoyed more walking with my dogs—they were waiting for me – and then did the stationary bike again and my usual evening routine!

Love the shopping part of your day, Dee!

I got in my super early routine again, took the dogs out for a quick walk then jumped on my stationary bike like I do every am! I pedaled until it was time to get ready for work – and away I went! And, I got in my noon walk, and back on the stationary bike during the pm and did a few strength exercises, etc.

Yesterday was back to work for me, but I got in my early am exercising, jumped on my stationary bike (pedaled for awhile), and got in my great walk over the noon hour! I did stair climbs during my break times and when I got home – took in some “tail” time and played and walked when them before dinner!

PHYSICAL FOR YESTERDAY!

I took the dogs out for their early morning fun time walk (and to do their business, of course) – and what a beautiful day it was to do just that. I took my cup of coffee and just enjoyed the sounds of nature – super calming and fantastic! I also pedaled on my stationary bike, did some strength exercises by using hand weights, and, of course, love that walk!

7/31: Today I've been walking around the house (it's cooler inside!) and marching in place when something on television catches my interest!

Starting tomorrow, I've committed to making a new daily step goal of 11,000 steps or better, and to get back into my strength training 3 days a week!

I got in my cardio through walking and the stationary bike! I did my upper body strength exercises using hand weights, ran in place, my basic sit-ups, side bends, etc., and muscle/breathing exercises!
