Good luck on that computer, Dee. They can be frustrating -- there's no doubt about that.

WOW!! That is great!! I added 2.5 minutes to my cardio today for a grand total of 17.5 minutes. But I am VERY pleased with that. Maybe one day I'll join you!!! My goal this week is to hit 20 minutes!!

I'm starting a new challenge for myself this week. I'm going to aim for 120 mins. cardio, 60 mins. strenght and 200 reps of abs exercises daily.
I fell off the wagon BAD, so now I'm getting back on and I'm NOT getting off again.

Let's change this a bit -- after all, I do think we are our own best motivators and challengers -- keep that determination on "high" and challenge yourself to do a new exercise a day, an extra 15 minutes of walking, instead of 20 sit-ups, why not try 25? That sort of thing.

So, please name the physical activity challenge YOU are challenging YOURSELF to do this week, and then report back and share how you've done!
