Another "way to go", Dee! Just as long as we stay active -- we're doin' it -- and it's great!

For me, I'm adding more and more minutes on the stationary bike, taking my long walks and doing the basic exercises. Gotta keep moving! It energizes me!!

Here is an easy one for all of us to do -- and that is to simply put what sort of physical activity did you do today and, if you want to give the estimate of time you spent doing the exercise, etc., you can post that as well -- all up to you!

Cardio (walking, pedaling, etc.)
Strength (weights, bands, etc.)
Basic Floor Exercises (side bends, sit-ups, crunches, etc.)
Yoga -- you name it!


Whatever works best for you -- Just stay physically active and don't forget to do your warm-up stretches and cool-downs. Take care of those muscles and watch those pounds keep melting away!
