You've made my day! I'm so happy to see your mileage increasing - it's such a great overall exercise. Even our back muscles become stronger which is great for anyone that has back problems!

I didn't go for my weekly Saturday walk with friends today, so later this evening I'll get out and walk for 30 minutes!

Since I see too many of you didn't reply -- I'm going to add our Weekly Challenge (3) and let's see if we can do it!

It's pretty easy to do -- and just remember to reply back to this post with an "I did it" -- that simple.

Challenge (3) is to Walk at Least 30 Minutes a Day -- be it outdoors, on your treadmill -- make your heart love you!
