New Challenge Everyone!

Report your fitness minutes every day and report your minutes to this post.

For some that may not be familiar with the SparkPages fitness minute tracker -- go to "Start", scroll down on the left-hand side of the screen, find "Quick Track" and throughout the day when you have done your exercises, etc., just keep entering the minutes and what sort of activity it was and it'll all keep track for you. Then at the end of the day, check your total fitness minutes and report your minutes to this post.
