I eat really screwy -- so my calories are barely ever above 1,000. I know -- not healthy -- but I eat alot of salads, tofu and veggies -- that's me.

This is a horrible excuse but until Monday I am not even trying to keep up with my chart. I am watching and adding in my head but I just can't get to the computer in the evening. emoticon

Hope everyone is doing well. I have been keeping up the 7:30 NO snack rule with that one exception. But I will be back in force on Monday.

I didn't lose this week but I didn't gain either. Try to get back tomorrow.

I miss you all!!

(4/1/2009) Here we go -- another new challenge for you! Track your eating on the SparkPage nutrition page for the week! It'll show you the amount of calories eaten, protein, carbs, etc. Or, if you prefer to do your own diet journal and know the calories taken in, just report the total amount of calories eaten each day this week! So, I'll be checking to see that everyone is entering their daily calorie intake -- it may surprise you! Good luck everyone! emoticon
