(4/1/2009) Here we go -- another new challenge for you! Track your eating on the SparkPage nutrition page for the week! It'll show you the amount of calories eaten, protein, carbs, etc. Or, if you prefer to do your own diet journal and know the calories taken in, just report the total amount of calories eaten each day this week! So, I'll be checking to see that everyone is entering their daily calorie intake -- it may surprise you! Good luck everyone!
