I've know relaxation techniques for years and sometimes put them into practice..especially the deep breathing.

Our next challenge should deal with relaxation -- because we all definitely need to do more of that to relieve some of the stress that drives us to binge/snack.

Challenge #3 -- Do a 15 minute wind-down after work, or before going to bed each night. Take in the deep breaths and slowly release them. Feel your body getting rid of the tension by each exhale. Try it! It can work for you!
