OK I do have emotional bad eating habits and I do it out of spite, thinking it will make him mad if I get fat, so I am getting him back for making me mad.

I haven't met this challenge. I didn't realize how much junk food I eat every day!

Ahh...stress at work. I think I did not eat right. Had pizza sticks with cheese, a protein chocolate bar and a munchkin with coffee..Tomorrow will be bad on the scale but I walked one hour after work.

Oh! Yikes!

I just realized that I ate two sugar-free candies this morning! Bummer!

Well, tomorrow is a new day to try again for no junk food! Maybe I'll make myself a sign to put in front of me! "NO JUNK FOOD TODAY!" emoticon

Well, since I did not work tonight, and there are no donuts here, I hid them upstairs in my daughters room. She can gain weight...ha ha ha...I will not snack tonight, except water, I have a cold and want to get well. And I stepped on the scale and the pizza, from last night, well I am up one pound. So I will walk tonight.

Here's a toughie, but I'm sure alot of you can do it -- use that willpower and feel that you have won against those urges and habit of snacking!

Try to go through 1 day this week WITHOUT snacking on junk food -- chips, cookies, ice cream, candy -- all the sugary and fat-loaded foods.

If you feel the need to snack, grab the celery, fat-free or low-fat yogurt, etc.

So 1 day going WITHOUT snacking on JUNK FOOD! Can you do it? My vote is you can -- am I right? Take on the challenge and see!
