Here's a toughie, but I'm sure alot of you can do it -- use that willpower and feel that you have won against those urges and habit of snacking!
Try to go through 1 day this week WITHOUT snacking on junk food -- chips, cookies, ice cream, candy -- all the sugary and fat-loaded foods.
If you feel the need to snack, grab the celery, fat-free or low-fat yogurt, etc.
So 1 day going WITHOUT snacking on JUNK FOOD! Can you do it? My vote is you can -- am I right? Take on the challenge and see!
