I just bought the DVD last night and Jillian Michael's 30-day shred to help supplement my already intense workouts.

I just finished The Biggest Loser Bootcamp workout and based upon the exercises it fits a description of circuit training, so that's what I tracked it as.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one that enters it as circuit. I love this DVD...definitely one of my favorite!

i entered it as circuit training. i know that's not technically correct but going from weights to cardio and back is basically what circuit training is.

I've wondered too, cause it is very aerobic... but also a lot with weights... so I'm not sure how to log it either. Any ideas?

Starting weight- 185 (Dec. 2009)
Goal weight- 135 (2011)

Goal rewards:
