I just bought the DVD last night and Jillian Michael's 30-day shred to help supplement my already intense workouts.

I just finished The Biggest Loser Bootcamp workout and based upon the exercises it fits a description of circuit training, so that's what I tracked it as.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one that enters it as circuit. I love this DVD...definitely one of my favorite!

Thanks to those of you who responded. I think to enter it as circuit training is probably our best bet.

i entered it as circuit training. i know that's not technically correct but going from weights to cardio and back is basically what circuit training is.

Can anyone tell me how to enter the Biggest Loser Boot Camp on my Fitness page? I am curious as to how many calories one burns doing this DVD.

Thanks!!
