I just bought the DVD last night and Jillian Michael's 30-day shred to help supplement my already intense workouts.
I just finished The Biggest Loser Bootcamp workout and based upon the exercises it fits a description of circuit training, so that's what I tracked it as.

has anyone seen results with this dvd? i started this workout 2 days ago and i feel it.
I'm glad to see I'm not the only one that enters it as circuit. I love this DVD...definitely one of my favorite!
Just wanted to thank everyone who responded too even though this is an older topic. I just started using this DVD this week and I LOVE it!!!
Thanks to those of you who responded. I think to enter it as circuit training is probably our best bet.
i entered it as circuit training. i know that's not technically correct but going from weights to cardio and back is basically what circuit training is.
I've wondered too, cause it is very aerobic... but also a lot with weights... so I'm not sure how to log it either. Any ideas?
Starting weight- 185 (Dec. 2009)
Goal weight- 135 (2011)
175-new gym shoes (Jan 30,2010)
170lbs- new DVD (April 10, 10)
135-(final goal) new clothes!!
Can anyone tell me how to enter the Biggest Loser Boot Camp on my Fitness page? I am curious as to how many calories one burns doing this DVD.
