Out of commission for a couple of days, but felt fit enough to do the second round of the fit test for Insanity today - it went GREAT! I've improved in exercises I didn't think I'd have improved in, and not as much in those i was sure I'd have made huge leaps in! :D

Insanity Day 8: Cardio Power and Resistance. A lot of plyometric jumps, plank runs, pushups and triceps dips. I am really liking how they combine both cardio and resistance in a single workout in this program.
