I have an app on my phone called 10K Runner. It is built for beginner runners who haven't been running (can walk slowly for 30 minutes) to being able to run a 10K in 14 weeks. I've tried it before with success but fell of the Spark train in July and am getting back on track.
I was wondering if anyone else is doing this program. It would be nice to have the support and accountability of others.
