Still going it solo . . . I had to repeat the last day of week 2 because of extreme temps on the first attempt (and a weeeee bit of a hangover) but I am proud to say that week 2 is now complete and I have a new personal 5k record, even with the walking in between!

I just did the first run of week two!! It felt pretty good. I'm thinking about throwing in an extra run on the weekend, with no intervals, just to mix things up a bit.

Hey! Great to see some other people started using the program! I had to stop over the summer, but I am starting over with week one. I am running Mon, Weds, Fri and maybe sat/sun

Very good, Sparrow, try try again! I'm relating to the comment that the music does get tiring, but since this one is new to me it'll be motivating for a good while, which is good because it'll take me a good while:-) I'm giving it a go again today, stay motivated!

Hi! I'm new here and starting gateway to 8k this week. I'm super slow and have been slacking so I decided I needed to start another program to keep myself motivated to put in my time. How's it going for you?

I finished Podrunner 1st day to 5k last month. I really liked the program. I liked the cues to speed up and slow down and that it makes you warm up and cool down. Sometimes I would get tired of the music though and run a day or two with the radio or download a new album. I am pretty slow my fastest time is about 32 minutes so I was going to try the SpeedBump series. What days are you running on? I try to shoot for Sun, Mon, Wed, Fri but I rarely get all 4 days in.

Hello everyone! I've just started using the 8k program from podrunner.com. Has anyone used this before? Anyone interested in joining me as a running buddy for this program?

I just finished C25k and I am a pretty slow runner. I am hoping the BPM on the podrunner tracks will motivate me to run a little faster, and a little longer.
