Thanks! I just really want this to stick, and in order to do that, I have to make it doable. Not that I don't want to push, I'm pushing hard now, but I know that if it's too hard or I hurt myself, it will make it harder to keep going.

I love reading your post...the reason, so many people stick to their training plans as if they are written in stone, but from reading your post, sounds like you are gonna stick to what is BEST for you!!! I love this!!! I wish you all the best with your training!

Hi! I just started week one of C25K this week too! So far I don't love running but I like having a plan, so I'm going to stick with it. Everyone has been great in this group and it's been the best thing I've done to motivate me. I'm right there with you! Keep posting on your progress and I will too.

Hi everyone! I just started c25k last week. I'm new to running and have decided to stretch each week into 2 weeks. So, I start my 2nd week of "week 1" tomorrow. I am so excited each day that I run, because I just can't believe that I'm doing it! I really enjoy everyone's posts; very inspirational!
