I'm usuing the spark your way to 10k. I don't know if there is one for that or not.

i haven't come arcoss the Bridge to 10K , but I found the podcasts for the Freeway to 10K at... http://www.djsteveboy.com/fw210k.html .

Has anyone come across the Bridge to 10K training program in a podcast?

I found it in an iPhone app, but that isn't going to work for me because I have a Blackberry. I really like the C25K podcast and found it really helpful and easy to follow while running.
