You have just reached an important milestone - you will also soon come to embrace the fact that SP is NOT a diet, but a new approach toward a healthier you. A lightbulb went off for me when I realized that it isn't about cheating and having good days and bad days. If you create a diet straight-jacket which doesn't allow for overeating occasionally and for eating less healthy snack foods occasionally, we are all bound to fail. No one can live that way. It is not about being perfect. It is about making small readily achievable changes towards health that is central to SP. Congratulations on getting through this first hurdle. You are off to a great start!
