Sorry for my tardiness - I've been traveling!

I didn't have a scale on Wednesday - soooo...my last recorded weight was last Sunday at 166, down 2 pounds from 168 from my last BL weighin. WooHoo!

Didn't weigh in last week b/c my computer crashed. Wish I had, or maybe I would've been better over the holiday weekend. Basically, over the past few weeks I have really gone backwards in my self care - dang it!

OK. I'm back. 178. I figured it would go up. I quit last week and made the decision to stuff my feelings all week. There;s my consequence. I'm back tho.
