I agree...but you know...how selfish am I that I don't tell my in-laws about it? I consider this place my own little slice of life "just for me"...I don't want to share it with them.

I live in the east coast too. Southern cooking. Where most things are deep fried. LOL! I am doing a lot less frying. It is a truly blessing to be here. Spread the spark. I often tell other about spark people.

I live in a small town in South Carolina, actually so small we dont have a local newspaper, so I get a newspaper from the closest town. In that paper today there was an article featuring obesity, this state leads in the country as having a obesity problem. Adults, teenagers, & children. I was overjoyed as I continued to read and saw SparkPeople as one of the major websites to go to for help. Shucks! I could have told them that. I am so proud that I am already a part of this network, it has made such a difference in my life and I pray for others to find their way her also.
