I have Jillian's 30 day shred dvd and it is really good (it basically kicks your butt!) She is a really interesting & disciplined person ... and she also cares a lot about the people she works with (have seen more than a few tears from her on that) - which I can appreciate!

I have all of her DVDs, and they ARE great. Those are pretty hardcore exercises on the Self video, though, and not in the videos.
