I have been doing my studies lately, being really focused (except for this week being that I have the Flu and am just sparking, resting, & reading fiction), but I noticed when I am deep in thought, studying, etc., I am barely eating for at least 3-4 hours! It is now that I have been sick and doing all of my resting that I have been having the munchies. Perhaps it is due to the illness, but I am sure everyone is different. I also know that when I am exercising & doing well with my eating habits (unlike this week) I tend to not want to cheat or over-eat because of my progress, energy, stamina, etc. It may also have to do with what sort of mood we are in as well.

Hmmm--mm When I am very energetic I never want to eat because when I eat I want to slow down and never get anything done!When I was in school and doing papers I would eat and eat from boredom. Where would the middle come to balance this out? I have been thinking about becoming a vegetarian and read less! Jello
