Monday has been good. I stayed within my calorie range 1200-1550 (actually a little below -- 1140 calories), 10 8 oz glasses of water, and 67 minutes of cardio, and approximately 13 minutes strength training. Now if only I can keep this momentum going and stay consistent. Slow and steady wins the race.
I had a hard time explaining to my hubby when it says x amount calories per serving it doesn't mean you can eat the whole box and only pay for one portion of the calories . if it served four you had to times it by 4 to get to eat the whole box . why are they making it so hard .?
