Great work Ruby Eagle!! That is great motivation.
Today I stayed on track by eating small meals throughout the day. I had another binge-free lunch time ..yay!! I think helping at the dinner table helps. I didn't eat in front of the computer that time and wow, I really noticed my portion sizes. It helped me not to overeat.
I also hit the gym for 30 minutes, working on cardio. On a Sunday! Yay!
My only bad news is my sleeping, I went to bed at 2.45am last night working on university assignments. But hey, it's a praise thread so I'll focus on the positives
