Since I came back from Jamaica I haven't been on my exercise the way I had been pre Jamaica and the way I should be now. I want to make a commitment to myself to get back as well as a public commitment to the GG's.
It isn't fun to do this kind of thing alone on a team. Join me, GG's? Using the official challenge feature doesn't seem to work too well in terms of participation. So, how about we come to this thread and just say what we've done?
It will be encouraging and motivating. It's worth carving out the time for and as Dr. Oz and every other health related info says, exercise is the key to WL and so many other important health factors in our lives. Plus, we still have time to get this thang right by summer
