Hey GG's:

I had alluded earlier to posting our fitness challenge for this week and then go to the Team Goals challenge for tracking from next week on. However, I think it's safe to go ahead and do that. I think it will probably be more convenient for all of us to have less places to track. If you haven't joined, please do your body, mind and spirit good and sign on up.

Ok, GG's:

I'm starting to try and track in too many places. That tends to throw me off. You know, trying to keep up with going to this website, that message board and forum and so on. I just realized that , I'm tracking in a total of 4 places!

I definitely think we should keep a workout challenge going here. The team challenge is nice for tracking, convenient, and to get SparkPoints, but I'm the only one who's doing it right now. Once this month's challenge is up, let me know if you all would rather keep this forum format going or if you'd rather track by the team challenge. I need to eliminate one of them.

I also need to check to see if once I track on the team challenge it automatically updates the My SparkAmerica Activity points. If anyone knows, please post.

GG's, I have also posted a Team Challenge for us. I thought this one could be used for individual progress and the Team Challenge for group updates. If using both will be overwhelming/time consuming, no worries, just post on one or the other. Either way, the important thing is that we do it and we can do it!

Hello GG's:

Here's a challenge that I am determined to post weekly throughout the year. Yes, that in itself is challenging, but why not? I think in starting the year off we can get this thing going. Then, mid year, we can bask in all the progress we've made and at the end of the year some of us will be at goal! KPG says in her profile quote to remake ourselves in 2012. Sounds like a plan. So let's go for it.

Ok, here's the challenge: Make a commitment to work out at least 20 minutes a day, 4 days a week. Post the dates for each week and then edit to update progress. At the start of the new week, post the new dates and repeat. That's it! The challenge dates are also the same as our weekly threads so that should make it easier to post in the discussion thread and update the challenge.
