Hi guys, I'm back on low carb after having a baby. I nearly made it to my goal last year on low carb but I've gained so much baby weight and am back to square one .
I NEED to track everything or I struggle to stay on track and last time one of you lovely people calculated my ranges for me based on my weight, etc.
I'm 225lbs and I guess that means I should be taking in 2250 and 2700 calories per day (10-12 times my weight).
I'm still on induction so 20g carbs.
But I'm struggling with fat and protein. I know most calories should be coming from fat but would appreciate if someone could give me an idea of what my ranges should be :)
