Thanks for the advice, I was pretty much thinking the same things. It has also been REALLY hot here the last couple days, so I feel all bloated up. We'll see. Other than drinking all my water, what else can be done for bloating?
I found that I actually COULDN'T eat more than one a day because of the sugar alcohols. Once when I had jury duty I ate one at the 10am break and one at the 2pm break. By 4:30 when it was time to drive home I could barely function because of the gas buildup - I guess my intestinal bacteria were just having a party on all the sugar alcohol! Ouch!
It's a great idea to bring alternate snacks. Try stocking up on whole foods, like almonds or string cheese. (I realize a lot of things are not technically permitted on an induction week, but, as you said, better to have something low-carb, though off-plan, rather than popcorn or candy.)
Hopefully, all other things being equal, in a couple of days the bars will be out of your system and you'll get a WHOOSH of loss. Keep drinking your water to help your body release more water - yeah, it's kinda counter-intuitive.

Today was exactly a week since I started Induction. I really wanted to see a drop on the scale after how careful I have been! I keep hearing about all these people losing big lbs in Induction, and I gained a pound! I didn't think to measure myself last week so I can't use that, but none of my clothes fits looser, so I don't think there would be much change there either.
I have kept my carbs under 25 every day except one, at 30.1. I have eaten lots of fat! I have drank all my water! I was entering my foods on the Atkins site instead of here for the first 5 days to get used to it, since it tells me what to eat each meal and/or recommends other choices. Now that I feel like I pretty much know what I'm doing, I have gone back to logging my foods on here, so anyone who wants to see my food logs can go check them out on my Sparkpage. I am more than open to suggestions!
EDIT: I have to take this back! I apparently haven't be as "on plan" as I thought! I just entered all my foods for yesterday (got busy and didn't do it) and I know, I know, I had three Atkins bars and I shouldn't do that... but I took my kids to the movies, and ate those and drank water, instead of my usual popcorn and diet coke, so I figured it was the lesser of two evils by far! I thought I was okay, because I counted the Atkins count of carbs listed on the front of the box, but when I enter them onto SP, there are TONS of carbs! What gives!!???
