Thanks for the response everyone. Today I ate 30g of carbs, but my stomach doesnt feel so good. Is it possible that all these rich foods are irritating my digestive system? I was eating about 30% fat before and now I'm eating about 65%.
Another question, since I am already slim, do I need to do induction or should I just hop on over to the OWL phase or even premaintance?
As I mentioned already, I was already cutting out white stuff and subbing in fruits and veggies and getting around 200 carbs a day. Maybe I should do induction for only one week to see what happens?
