When you are not feeling well it's best to rest and relax
Strangers are friends we haven't met yet
Many thanks for your responses,
Happy to say that I definitely don't have low iron but I'm thinking its not allergy related.
Have had blood tests, healthy as except inflammation levels. Have had allergy tests with no results. Have tried two short courses of antibiotics n because my sinuses are still inflamed nearly 5 or 6 months later n also got infected again, I'm now on 1 month of antibiotics to see if that helps. Also changed from ibuprofen/codeine to diclofenac because you shouldn't use codeine for sinus issues n nearly finished my 5 day course of prednisone(haven't noticed any improvement, face burns more in fact) energy levels are still low but am forcing myself to exercise more
I too go through having no energy or gumption. I know when my allergies are in full force I feel my worse. I do not know how to get the energy needed...
Perhaps you need more iron in your diet from dark, leafy greens. Here is a blog here on Sparkpeople about iron rich foods. www.sparkpeople.com/blog/blog.asp?po
And also a blog here on Sparkpeople about the benefits of iron rich foods. www.sparkpeople.com/resource/nutriti
Here is an article about foods that help you absorb iron. www.livestrong.com/article/35058-com
You could also take iron supplements, but make sure to drink plenty of water and have plenty of Vitamin C to help you absorb the iron.
I hope this helps!
Have really bad sinus pain continuously, vertigo n queasiness that come n go but want to head to gym. Problem is that unless I'm getting 10-11 hours sleep, I wake feeling exhausted instead of just tired.
I have had blood tests n I am really healthy except for my inflammation markers so really I should be fine.
Anybody have tips to get energy up?
