I agree. Complain. They should have a website or a toll free number.

Definitely let the manager know. Sometimes they don't have all the info they should and he can let corporate know of the error. They do listen.

Oh, and if you don't go anywhere with the local restaurant complain on their Facebook page. Companies don't like negative comments on their FB pages and reply REALLY quick there; but try the local store first.

That sucks, I would also probably file a formal complaint. If they are claiming that their foods do not contain these items and the patient dies because of it there could be a major lawsuit.

The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.

oh, that sucks. Sorry you got sick.

Make sure you contact the general manager of the store and/or corporate about your experience.

Hi, I am knew to the group. I figured that I would come on here and let you guys know about Ruby Tuesdays.

On their website, they have a pdf on allergens that you can print up in sections according to your allergies. I am allergic to the casein in cow milk. Goat milk is fine for me.

My friend and I printed our respective sheets (She is GF.), and went on a girl's night out to Ruby Tuesdays. I have my list of supposedly milk free items. I told the server that I was allergic to milk products before I ordered my meal. I had her double check the spaghetti squash. It has butter in it, but it is on the milk-free list. Go figure. I ordered the cajun seafood plate without the Parmesan sauce. I still think, however that they put butter on either the fish and shrimp or the grilled green beans. I had horrible stomach pains for at least two hour after the meal.
