As of this morning, my two kids an I are having a contest to see who can walk the most miles/minues per week on the treadmill. NOt sure if I want to award the minutes or the miles, as one will walk forever, but never get anyplace, the other will walk/run for a short time and do more miles than us...
As you all know - during the month of February - the emphasis is on having a healthy heart. One of the best ways to achieve this is through cardio exercise.
