Ah, this is my downfall, exercising... As soon as I'm done with work, commute home, and get in the door, the couch looks so much better than a treadmill...

Can I swim the distance?

As of this morning, my two kids an I are having a contest to see who can walk the most miles/minues per week on the treadmill. NOt sure if I want to award the minutes or the miles, as one will walk forever, but never get anyplace, the other will walk/run for a short time and do more miles than us...
I walked 15 mintues today which is .60 miles.

As you all know - during the month of February - the emphasis is on having a healthy heart. One of the best ways to achieve this is through cardio exercise.
